Application Process

• Both parents should review information on our website and prayerfully consider whether Chapin Academy is the right option for your child's education

• Complete the Student Application (one for each student applying)

• Provide (along with your application) a copy of recent report cards or transcripts, as well as any disciplinary action from your child's previous school.  For homeschooled students, please provide a list of the curriculum used and which grade level your child is working in each subject area

• Include $75 application fee for each student, and mail to Chapin Academy

• Participate in a Family Interview

• Complete and return the Registration Packet, which will be emailed to you following the interview and notification of acceptance

Note:  Class size is limited in order to maintain a high quality education with a low student to teacher ratio.  Applications will be processed by order in which they are received.  You will be notified shortly after we have reviewed your application to schedule a family interview.  May God bless your efforts to teach and disciple your children!
